LINENS

How much are your linens? Our linens range in price starting at $20 and up based on fabric, sizing and availability. Our overlays start at $14 and up based on the special details in the fabric.

What is a lamour?
A lamour is a matted version of a Satin. It’s simple yet elegant and not too shiny!

Do you do smaller events?
Yes! We are happy to provide rentals for smaller events like birthday, bridal showers, baby showers, and other special occasions.

Do you have special packages for linens?
All of the events we do are one of a kind because they represent each and every client’s taste and style, therefore we do not offer pre-build linen packages.

APPOINTMENTS

Do you take walk-in appointments?
We prefer and highly recommend that you book an appointment to ensure a Sales Consultant is available and reserve a meeting spot in the showroom! Don’t worry- we won’t turn you away, but we want you to have the best experience at HOH!

How long are appointments?
Our appointments are typically between 30 minutes to 45 minutes long. Knowing your official venue, colors, table quantities, and guest counts are essential!  

Who should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend you bring 1-2 guests with you to your linen consultation. 

What do we do during the appointment?
You’ll be greeted by a friendly HOH team member and then be directed into the showroom where you’ll have fun incorporating your event style and colors to dress up your tables. We will set out linens on tables, show you a variety of napkin folds, and different sash ties for your chairs.

Is there an area where we can look at the linens on a table?
Yes! Our showroom has two areas equipped for full linen consultations with a small area for smaller events. We have a variety of table sizes where we can set out linens and our favorite- the ability to dim the lights so that you can get a true feel for how your event day will look!

When should I expect to receive my proposal?
You should expect to receive your proposal either at the end of the consultation or the next business day in your inbox!

I received my proposal, now what?
Once you’ve received your proposal, whether during your consultation or via e-mail, let us know if you have any questions after you’ve carefully reviewed the details. Sending in your deposit will be the only way to reserve the rental items you loved in the showroom. You’ll want to email or fax the signed agreement form along with a CC Form and deposit, which we’ll keep on file.

How much is the deposit to reserve the rental items?
The deposit is 50% (non-refundable) of the total.

Can I pay by phone?
While we know we are always on the go, to protect our clients we do not take credit card numbers over the phone. We will send you a CC Authorization Form that you can quickly and easily complete from your very own computer and either send it in via email or by fax, whichever is easiest!

EVENT QUESTIONS

Do you have an option for installation, set-up, and teardown?
We do! We offer this service specifically to you, our on-the-go client. On your event day, we don’t want you worrying about setting anything up. This service is based off of your order subtotal, depending on the distance of the venue. Your Sales Consultant will be able to provide more details during your consultation. As part of the service, we load up our trucks and deliver your rentals items, set up all rental items provided by HOH, and then come back at the end of the night to pick everything up! It’s magical!

What areas do you service?
Good news- linens travel! We service clients in the loop, outside of the loop, and all around Texas. Our growth has even allowed us to service clients in other states.

Will you ship your linens?
We’d love to! We know that you can fall in love with a linen and want it shipped straight to your doorstep. We ship linens, napkins, and chair treatments straight to you! We are currently not shipping charger plates as they can easily break in transit.

MISCELLANEOUS

Do you rent tables and chairs?
Glad you asked! We don’t have tables or chair rentals, but we do have some great recommendations, feel free to call us!

Do you rent pipe & drape?
We do not, but we can put you in great hands of our vendor friends!

Do you rent photo booth backdrops?
We do not, we leave this to the photo booth experts!
